Training & Services
We offer private and group lessons tailored to all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players. Our instructors are members of the Mahj Life Guild, a professional network and resource community for American mahjong educators. We are passionate about teaching the game in a welcoming, supportive environment while ensuring every lesson is both informative and enjoyable. Basic Training (6 hours Class - $60)Description: Relaxed and welcoming learning experience designed to build essential American mahjong skills and confidence. Offers new players and returning players and opportunity to learn and practice.Learning goals: Foundational techniques, foundational principles, hands-on guidance and helpful tips for mastering the basics. Beginners Luck - Guided Play ($10 per seat with a small processing fee or $10 Cash at the door - All 3 dates for $25 plus small processing fee or $10 cash at door)Description: Designed for those eager to learn and engage in the classic game of American Mah Jongg. Whether you're a complete novice or looking to refine your skills, this open play session offers a welcoming environment to explore the intricacies of the game. Our knowledgeable facilitators will guide you through the basics, ensuring you gain confidence and insight into this captivating pastime. Embrace the opportunity to connect with other beginners, share strategies, and perhaps even experience a touch of 'Beginners Luck' as you discover the joys of American Mah Jongg.
